Could a new Katamari title be coming to a PS3/PS Vita near you? Posters that are being seen in Japan seem to be leaning that way.

Several Japanese sites are stating that posters (see pic above) in train stations on the Yamanote Line in Tokyo, are showing up featuring Shigeru Matsuzaki and a small Playstation logo (upper left corner).

In Japan, Mr. Matsuzaki is a famous actor and singer, but in the US is known to have been involved in the soundtracks for Katamari Forever (2009), We Love Katamari (2005), and Katamari Damacy (2004).

Whether this will have any impact on US or European shores, we will have to wait and see, but according to Sony we will know exactly what these posters mean on Thursday, June 28.
