I’ve come to love Playstation Plus. Instant game collection gave me a ton of games that, I admit, I haven’t even touched yet, but I can say that I have. That’s all that matters. I’m still messing around with The Walking Dead, August’s Instant Game Collection splendor. Now, one of the best games of 2010 will be joining the army of free games PS3 players get access to for a small monthly fee. Yep, Red Dead Redemption.
While there is no exact time frame as to when RDR is coming to the Instant Game Collection, I can assume it will be September or October. Speaking of the latter, Hell Yeah!, the sidescrolling action game from SEGA, is confirmed to be the October game of the month. Meaning PS+ users will be getting a solid price cut on this indie treat. No to mention Retro/Grade will be included as well.
Luckily, you’ll be able to save all of this with your fancy 1GB of online storage that will become standard for PS+ users. All of this rounds out to a deal that just keeps getting better. Sony may not be great at fixing mistakes, but they sure know how to appease their fans.
