CompuExpert has released a new software update for their Mionix Naos 5000 gaming mouse. The software version 1.17 is fully compatible with any Naos 5000 and will ad angle snapping to it’s repertoire. But what exactly is angle snapping?
Angle snapping is when making horizontal or vertical movements, the human hand is incapable of making a straight movement without tiny deviations. Angle Snapping senses these deviations and corrects them algorithmically, this is not prediction of the future movement it only corrects the path made.
“We wanted to make our best mouse even better so we listened to our users and developed fully adjustable Angle Snapping for the Naos 5000.”, said Carl Conradsson of Mionix.
The updates also has also updated the GUI and fixed a bug which fixed the 125Hz mode.
The Mionix Naos 5000 will be featured at the upcoming PAX EAST, March 11, 12, and 13 at Booth # 112.
