Metal Gear is quickly approaching the date to mark its 25th year, and Kojima Productions isn’t going to let the date pass without doing something exciting. Not only one, but two separate employees have been quotes in podcasts giving teasers about what they have planned for this momentous occasion. Here’s what these people have said.

Ken Mendoza, a Kojima Productions employee said that there will be ““a lot of exciting announcements” surrounding the franchise’s 25th anniversary. While it doesn’t tell us anything specific, this does mean that they are planning on announcing something to keep us interested in Solid Snake’s adventures. Chris Johns also stated in the podcast that “the industry’s gonna be shook by what we’re going to be able to present here,” and also that there are “a lot of things to look forward to next week – not just for fans, but I think the industry’s gonna be shook by what we’re going to be able to present here.” Again, nothing specific, but it really makes you wonder what exactly is going to “shake” the industry.
