Nexon and EA reached an agreement recently in where Nexon’s Korean branch will be able to publish EA Sports FIFA Online 3.

Min Seo, the CEO of Nexon Korea made this statement:

We think EA SPORTS FIFA Online 3 will ignite the sports genre in Korea, offering fans a truly authentic gameplay experience. We look forward to providing the latest version of one of the industry’s most storied and successful titles to both new and longtime players and ensuring that people who love playing EA SPORTS FIFA Online today are recognized in the new game.

To any and all Korean soccer fans who are into games as well, this will come as great news.  The game is being developed by EA Seoul Studio, and will be released through Nexon later this year. It’s also expected that a closed beta of the game will be released later this year, although a date isn’t quite specified.
