Even though many of the people who reviewed Dragon’s Dogma didn’t find the game to be particularly difficult, it looks like that was not the case for majority of the other gamers who played it. If you are one of these people who cannot play the game anymore because it is too difficult, Capcom is going to be helping you out by patching the game.

In Japan, the next patch will add an easy mode to Dragon’s Dogma. You will be able to switch difficulties through the main menu, so now you won’t have to just sit there and suffer as you get owned over and over again by enemies. As of now, the patch is only set to release in Japan, but this is the kind of patch that I think we can expect to be localized. Hopefully they make some sort of announcement as to a western release soon.
