Are you ready to continue your rampage across medieval lands to slay evil hordes…on home consoles? Well, the release date for Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition has been revealed.
The console version will be released on October 26. The digital PC version is already out amongst the gaming populace at the moment. This edition will include content that is said to take place about 100 years before the original game’s storyline with new locations, enemies, bosses, and weapons.
However, if you already own Dark Souls, you won’t need to purchase the new edition. Just log in onto whichever console market you have and you can purchase “Artorias of the Abyss” which contains the added content in Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition. The download pack will cost around $15.
If you don’t have Dark Souls yet, this could be a good time to get the game–especially with added on content already available from the start for you.
