It’s crazy to think that the first Counter Strike title was made all the way back in 1999. 10 years later, and we are still playing the same games. It’s crazy how time flies. Now that I have gotten past my nostalgic overload, I figure it is time to tell you exactly what is happening with Counter Strike: Global Offensive.
It’s pretty plain and simple. Valve has announced that Counter Strike: Global Offensive, nicknamed CS:GO, will be coming to PSN, XBLA, PC and Mac on August 21st of this year. Jam packed full of new maps, characters, gameplay modes, and weapons, as well as the addition of matchmaking and leaderboards, Counter Strike: Global Offensive is looking to be a pretty good title. Valve will sell the title for approximately $15.
